03 Oct 2025: Default Patient Group Label
We’ve introduced a small but powerful clarity improvement to make managing Patient Groups even easier.
The Default Patient Group is now clearly labelled within the Patient Groups table. 🏷️
✨ What’s New
🏷️ “Default Group” Tag Added
Within the Patient Groups table, the Default Patient Group now displays a visible tag:
Default Group
This makes it immediately identifiable among other Patient Groups — especially for organisations managing multiple groups across programs, cohorts, or service lines.
💡 How It Helps
🌱 Clearer Content Seeding
As a reminder:
The Default Patient Group can be used to seed content to all other Patient Groups.
Any content added to the Default Group can act as a baseline configuration when new Patient Groups are created.
By clearly labelling it:
-
👀 Team Members can quickly locate it
-
⚙️ Admins can confidently configure default content
-
🚀 Organisations reduce the risk of editing the wrong group
🏥 Supports Scalable Organisation Setups
For larger organisations with:
-
Multiple treatment pathways
-
Separate inpatient and outpatient streams
-
EAP and clinical programs
-
Multi-site setups
This small visual tag reduces confusion and improves operational clarity.
A simple enhancement — but one that supports smarter configuration and smoother content management across your entire organisation. 💙
