# 04 Dec 2025: 🔌 Patient Creation API

We’ve introduced a **Patient Creation API**, enabling Organisations to create patients in Wellifiy programmatically from external systems (e.g. HR platforms, CRMs, referral systems, EMRs, or internal databases).

This is a foundational step towards smoother integrations and more automated onboarding workflows.

- 🧩 A new **API endpoint** to **create patient records** in Wellifiy
- 🔁 Supports automated patient onboarding workflows (instead of manual entry or CSV import)
- 🏢 Designed for Organisations that need tighter integration between Wellifiy and their existing systems
