04 Feb 2026: 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Patient Import – Custom Fields & Download Template

We’ve enhanced the Patient Import functionality to now support Custom Fields, along with a new Download Template button to make spreadsheet preparation faster and easier.

Organisations can now bulk import Patients and map values directly into their configured custom fields — with a ready-made template to guide the structure.

✨ What’s New

• 🧩 Custom Field Support in CSV Import
  Custom fields created in the platform can now be included as columns in the Patient import file.

• 🔗 Automatic Mapping
  If the column header matches the Custom Field name, the system will automatically map the data during import.

• 📊 Bulk Population of Structured Data
  Fields such as Internal IDs, Referral Sources, Risk Categories, Program Allocations, Funding Types, or other Organisation-specific fields can now be populated at scale.

• 📥 Download Template Button
  A new “Download Template” button has been added next to the import window.
  Organisations can use this template to:

  • Ensure correct column structure

  • Include all required system fields

  • Easily add and align Custom Fields
