We’ve added a new Case Notes Widget directly into the Patient Overview screen to make reviewing and creating Case Notes faster and more intuitive.

Team Members can now see recent notes at a glance and create new Case Notes without needing to navigate away from the Patient Profile.

📌 Case Notes Widget in Patient Overview

The new widget includes:

  • 🕒 Recent Case Notes List
    Displays the most recent Case Notes linked to the patient.

  • âž• Quick Create Button
    Instantly create a new Case Note directly from the Patient Overview screen.

  • 🔗 Direct Access
    Click into any recent note to open and review it in full.
