We’ve introduced the ability to add Documents directly to Patient Groups — with internal-only visibility.

This enhancement gives Organisations a structured way to store and manage important documents at the group level, without exposing them to patients in the app or web portal.

What’s New ✨

• 📁 Documents tab within Patient Groups

• 🔒 Internal visibility only (not visible to patients)

• 🏢 Store group-specific documents such as:

  • Contracts

  • Service agreements

  • Handbooks

  • Pathway documentation

  • Internal reference materials

• 👩‍💼 Accessible to authorised Team Members within the Clinical Portal
