# 05 Dec 2025: 📂 Add Documents to Patient Groups

We’ve introduced the ability to **add Documents directly to Patient Groups** — with internal-only visibility.

This enhancement gives Organisations a structured way to store and manage important documents at the group level, without exposing them to patients in the app or web portal.

### What’s New ✨

- 📁 **Documents tab within Patient Groups**
- 🔒 **Internal visibility only** (not visible to patients)
- 🏢 Store group-specific documents such as:
  
    - Contracts
    - Service agreements
    - Handbooks
    - Pathway documentation
    - Internal reference materials
- 👩‍💼 Accessible to authorised Team Members within the Clinical Portal

- Store contracts and agreements linked to specific customer businesses
- Keep documentation centralised within the relevant Patient Group
- Avoid external spreadsheets, shared drives, or scattered files
