05 Nov 2025: πŸ‘€ Onboarded Column in Patient List

We’ve added a new Onboarded column to the Patient List to give Organisations clearer visibility into which patients have completed onboarding β€” and which may require follow-up.

This update makes it easier to monitor engagement at scale and ensure no patients are left behind during the activation process.

What’s New ✨

πŸ†• Onboarded Column Added

  • πŸ“ Column Name: Onboarded

  • πŸ“Œ Position: Placed directly after the Labels column

  • βœ… Displays:

    • Yes – Patient has completed onboarding

    • No – Patient has not yet completed onboarding

This provides a simple, at-a-glance indicator of onboarding status directly within the Patient List view.

How It Helps πŸ’‘

πŸ‘€ Clear Engagement Visibility

Instantly see which patients have successfully entered the platform versus those who may still need support.

πŸ“ž Enables Proactive Follow-Up

Patients marked No can be contacted by admin or care teams to assist with onboarding or resend activation instructions.

πŸ“Š Better Operational Oversight

Particularly useful when onboarding large cohorts, managing EAP referrals, or rolling out new programs across Organisations.

This small enhancement improves visibility, supports proactive engagement, and strengthens operational control from day one πŸš€
