09 Dec 2025: 📩 Send Invites When Importing Patients

You can now automatically send patient invites during a Patient Import.

This makes onboarding faster by allowing Organisations to import patient details and trigger the invitation flow in the same step — including generating a temporary password.

What’s New ✨

• ➕ Added a new column to the Patient Import file: Send Invite

• ✅ If the value (case-insensitive) equals any of the following, an invite will be triggered:

  • y

  • yes

  • t

  • true

• 🔐 When triggered, the invite process runs as normal, including:

  • Generating a temporary password

  • Sending the patient their invitation message

• Choose exactly who should receive an invite immediately vs. who should be imported only (e.g., hold until a program start date) 🎛️

• EAPs can invite employees as soon as an employer roster is uploaded

• Treatment centres can import patients early, then invite closer to admission/discharge or program commencement
