08 Oct 2025: Unverified Patients Screen
We’ve improved patient onboarding visibility with a clearer workflow under Patient Management — introducing a dedicated Unverified Patients screen. 🔎
This update gives Organisations better control over patients who have been created but not yet verified.
✨ What’s New
🔁 Renamed Tab: “Patients Pending” → “Pending Patients”
Under the Patient Management tab:
-
The existing Patients Pending tab has been renamed to
👉 Pending Patients
This provides clearer and more natural terminology.
🆕 New 2nd-Level Tab: Unverified Patients
A new secondary tab has been added:
👉 Unverified Patients
This screen displays all patients within the Organisation who are currently in an Unverified state.
📋 Unverified Patients Table
The new table includes:
-
Patient Name
-
Email
-
Action Button
Only patients associated with the Organisation and currently marked as Unverified will appear in this list.
⚙️ Action Options
Each patient row includes an Action button with two options:
✅ Verify
-
Updates the patient state to Verified & Active
-
Patient becomes fully activated in the system
🗑️ Delete
-
Clears the patient record and associated email from the database
This allows Organisations to keep their database clean and ensure only legitimate users proceed through onboarding.
💡 How It Helps
🧼 Cleaner Data Management
Over time, Organisations may accumulate:
-
Duplicate accounts
-
Test accounts
-
Incomplete sign-ups
-
Patients who never completed verification
This screen provides a simple way to manage those records.
⚡ Faster Onboarding Intervention
If a patient is stuck in an unverified state, Team Members can:
-
Manually verify them
-
Remove and re-create the account
-
Quickly troubleshoot onboarding issues
🔎 Greater Administrative Visibility
Separating Pending Patients from Unverified Patients improves clarity around where each patient sits in the onboarding lifecycle.
A practical enhancement that strengthens onboarding workflows and improves administrative control across your Organisation. 💙
