09 Oct 2025: 🔄 Bookings – Provider List Sort Order Update

We’ve updated how Providers are sorted in the mobile app and Patient Web Portal (PWP) to give Organisations greater control over visibility and prioritisation. 🔄

✨ What’s New

📅 Provider List Now Sorted by “Date Modified” (Newest → Oldest)

Within the Bookings → Provider selection list (as seen by patients):

• Providers are now sorted by Date Modified

• Order is Newest to Oldest

This applies to how patients view and select Providers when booking appointments.

💡 How It Helps

🎯 Prioritise Specific Providers

Organisations can now:

• Edit a Provider profile

• Save changes

• Automatically move that Provider to the top of the list

This makes it easy to “bump” desired Providers higher in the booking list when needed.

⚡ Operational Flexibility

Useful scenarios include:

• Promoting newly onboarded Providers

• Prioritising Providers with increased availability

• Supporting internal allocation strategies

• Managing short-term demand changes
