11 Nov 2025: ✅ Create Patient Modal – Send Invite Option
We’ve added a new “Send Invite?” checkbox to the Create Patient modal, giving Team Members more control over whether an invitation is sent immediately when creating a patient.
This supports cleaner workflows when setting up patients in advance, importing lists, or preparing records before outreach.
What’s New ✨
✅ “Send Invite?” Checkbox Added
In the Create Patient modal, Team Members will now see a checkbox:

Send Invite?

When selected, the patient receives their invite as part of the creation flow

When unselected, the patient record is created without sending an invite

This makes patient creation more flexible and avoids accidental invites being sent too early.
How It Helps 💡
📤 Prevents Premature Invites
Create patient records ahead of time (e.g. intake processing, referrals, upcoming programs) without triggering an automatic invite.
🧩 Supports Different Operational Workflows
Organisations can align invitations with their real-world process — for example, sending invites after consent is received or after a first contact call.
📋 Cleaner Admin & Reception Experience
Reduces the need for workarounds and makes the Create Patient flow more intentional and controlled.
