# 12 Nov 2025: 📊 Appointments Info Widget

We’ve introduced a new **Appointments Info** widget at the top of the **Reporting → Appointments** screen to provide an instant snapshot of appointment activity.

This gives Organisations a high-level summary before diving into the detailed appointments table below.

### 🆕 Appointments Info Summary Panel

The new widget displays a clear breakdown of appointment metrics across:

#### Individual Appointments

- ✅ **Attended**
- ❌ **Did Not Attend**
- 🚫 **Cancelled (Patient)**
- 🚫 **Cancelled (Other)**
- 📅 **Booked**

#### Group Appointments

- ✅ **Attended**
- ❌ **Did Not Attend**
- 🚫 **Cancelled (Patient)**
- 🚫 **Cancelled (Other)**

The data reflects the selected date range and filters applied on the screen.
