15 Jan 2026: ๐Ÿ—“ Scheduled & Recurring Posts

Weโ€™ve introduced Post Scheduling and Recurring Publishing to give Organisations more control over how and when content is shared.

Team Members can now create Posts and choose to publish them at a future date โ€” or schedule them to automatically repeat on an ongoing basis. ๐ŸŽ‰

This enhancement strengthens communication planning across the Clinical Portal, Patient Web Portal, and Mobile App.

โœจ Whatโ€™s New

๐Ÿ“… Schedule Posts for Future Publishing

Team Members can now:

  • Create a Post

  • Select a future Publish Date and Time

  • Save it as Scheduled

  • Have it automatically publish at the chosen time

No need to manually return and publish on the day.

๐Ÿ” Set Posts to Repeat Automatically

Posts can now be configured to publish on a recurring schedule, such as:

  • Daily

  • Weekly (e.g., every Monday)

  • Other defined repeating intervals

This is ideal for recurring reminders, wellbeing tips, group updates, or structured communication campaigns.

๐Ÿ—‚ Clear Post Status Workflow

Posts now move through a clearer lifecycle:

  • Draft

  • Scheduled

  • Published

Giving Team Members better visibility and confidence when planning upcoming communications.

๐Ÿ’ก How It Helps

๐Ÿง  Plan Campaigns in Advance

Organisations can prepare:

  • Mental health awareness campaigns

  • Group Program reminders

  • EAP announcements

  • Weekly or monthly wellbeing content

And schedule everything in advance.

โณ Reduce Manual Admin

Instead of relying on diary reminders or manual publishing, content can now be automated โ€” saving time and reducing the risk of missed communications.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Drive Consistent Engagement

Recurring posts reinforce:

  • Healthy habits

  • Program adherence

  • Event participation

  • Ongoing education

Consistency builds engagement โ€” and now that consistency can be automated. โœจ
