# 16 Dec 2025: 🔐 New Permission - View Locked Case Notes

We’ve added a new **Roles & Permissions** setting for Case Notes that allows Organisations to control **who can view Locked Case Notes**.

This improves governance and privacy by ensuring sensitive documentation remains restricted — while still enabling appropriate visibility for authorised Team Members.

- 🛡️ New permission: **View Locked Case Notes**
- 👥 Can be enabled/disabled per Role
- 🔒 Supports clearer access controls for Case Notes that have been locked to prevent edits
