16 Dec 2025: 🔐 New Permission - View Locked Case Notes

We’ve added a new Roles & Permissions setting for Case Notes that allows Organisations to control who can view Locked Case Notes.

This improves governance and privacy by ensuring sensitive documentation remains restricted — while still enabling appropriate visibility for authorised Team Members.
