We’ve introduced the ability for Guest Users to join Zoom video calls — without needing to create a Patient account or log into the platform.
This enhancement allows Organisations to support more flexible and inclusive care scenarios, where additional participants may need to join a session but are not registered users of Wellifiy.

🔗 Guest Access to Video Calls
Video calls associated with Appointments can now be joined by:

The Patient (as usual)

The Clinician (as usual)

A Guest participant via shared link
The Guest does not need to:

Create a Patient account
-
Log into the platform
-
Download the mobile app
👥 Support for Family & External Participants
This is ideal for scenarios such as:

A partner joining a therapy session

A parent attending part of an appointment

A support person participating in care

External collaborators joining when appropriate
📱 Alternative Access for Patients
This feature is also helpful in situations where a Patient:

Prefers not to use the mobile app

Does not wish to log into the web portal

Experiences technical barriers

Simply wants a straightforward meeting link
In these cases, the Appointment’s Zoom link can be shared, allowing them to join as a Guest without full platform authentication.

Guest participation is still managed through the existing Zoom meeting structure tied to the Appointment, ensuring:
