20 Oct 2025: ๐Ÿ“… Patient Overview โ€“ Appointments Summary Widget

Weโ€™ve added a new Appointments widget to the Patient Overview screen ๐Ÿ“…๐Ÿ“Š

This gives Organisations a quick, at-a-glance summary of a patientโ€™s appointment activity across both Individual Appointments and Group Programs.

โœจ Whatโ€™s New

๐Ÿ“Œ New Appointments Widget in Patient Overview

The Patient Overview now includes an Appointments summary widget displaying:

๐Ÿ‘ค Individual Appointments

  • Booked

  • Attended

  • Cancelled (Patient)

  • Cancelled (Other)

  • Did Not Attend

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Group Program Appointments

  • Attended

  • Cancelled (Patient)

  • Cancelled (Other)

  • Did Not Attend

๐Ÿ’ก How It Helps

๐Ÿ‘€ Instant Visibility of Engagement

Team Members can quickly see:

  • How consistently a patient is attending sessions

  • Whether cancellations are driven by the patient or operational factors

  • Whether non-attendance is becoming a pattern

This supports earlier intervention and better care coordination.

๐Ÿฅ Operational & Reporting Value

For Organisations managing higher volumes (EAPs, treatment centres, hospitals, community services), this widget makes it easier to:

  • Understand attendance trends without running reports

  • Support receptionist/admin follow-up workflows

  • Identify patients who may need outreach or schedule adjustments

โšก Faster Clinical Context

When opening a patient record, Team Members now have immediate context around appointment history โ€” improving decision-making and reducing time spent navigating between screens.

A practical enhancement that strengthens patient engagement visibility and supports smoother operational management. ๐Ÿ’™
