We’ve added a new Appointments widget to the Patient Overview screen 📅📊

This gives Organisations a quick, at-a-glance summary of a patient’s appointment activity across both Individual Appointments and Group Programs.

The Patient Overview now includes an Appointments summary widget displaying:

👤 Individual Appointments

• Booked

• Attended

• Cancelled (Patient)

• Cancelled (Other)

• Did Not Attend

👥 Group Program Appointments

• Attended

• Cancelled (Patient)

• Cancelled (Other)

• Did Not Attend

👀 Instant Visibility of Engagement

Team Members can quickly see:

• How consistently a patient is attending sessions

• Whether cancellations are driven by the patient or operational factors

• Whether non-attendance is becoming a pattern

This supports earlier intervention and better care coordination.
