We’ve added a new Payment Method option called Insurance within the Invoices module.

This allows Organisations to more accurately reflect real-world billing workflows where payments are made via insurers rather than directly by patients.

🆕 Payment Method: Insurance

Within the Invoice Payment Method dropdown, you will now see:

• Insurance

This option can be selected when creating or recording payment against an invoice, depending on your billing workflow.
