We’ve introduced the ability to Archive Team Members (Clinicians / Staff) — with the flexibility to Unarchive and reactivate them later if needed.

This provides secure offboarding while maintaining full historical integrity and allowing Organisations to reinstate users when appropriate.

What’s New ✨

When a Team Member is Archived:

• 🚪 They are immediately logged out of the platform

• 🔐 They are prevented from logging back in

• 🔗 They are removed from places where new relationships could be created, including:

  • Bookings

  • Patient Groups

  • Other assignment contexts

• 📂 All historical data remains intact, including:

  • Case Notes they authored

  • Assessments or Forms they requested

  • Audit history and past activity

And importantly:

• 🔄 They can be Unarchived

• ✅ Their status can be restored to Active

• 🚀 They can resume normal access and be assigned again as needed
