We’ve improved invoicing workflows by allowing Organisations to link a manually created invoice to an existing appointment. 🧾📅
Previously, when creating an invoice manually, Team Members could select a patient and add line items, but could not associate the invoice with a specific appointment. This enhancement closes that gap and aligns manual invoices with the same appointment-linked behaviour as auto-created invoices.
✨ What’s New
🔗 New “Linked Appointment” Block on Manual Invoice Creation
When creating an invoice manually, a new block now appears:
Linked Appointment

Located under the “Billed To” block

Uses the same UI pattern as Case Notes → Linked Appointment

Includes a dropdown field labelled: Appointment

The dropdown is optional ✅
✅ What Happens When You Save
If an appointment is selected:
🧾 Invoice Read/View Screen

The invoice will display Appointment Info in the same way as invoices that are auto-created from appointments.
📅 Appointment Model Reference

The invoice will be referenced on the associated Appointment record, consistent with how auto-created invoices behave.
