Set up a Team Member to take bookings and appear in the patient app

This article explains how to activate a Team Member so they can be booked for appointments, and (if applicable) how to make them visible to patients for direct bookings via the mobile app and web portal.


 

 

Go to Administration → Team Members

Select the Team Member you want to activate

Set their Timezone

Got to the Enable Individual Calendar & Appointments toggle

Toggle this ON to create a calendar for the Team Member and allow them to be booked for appointments.

💡 This is required in order for the Team Member to receive bookings from Admins or Reception.

Go to the Display Profile in Patient App Available Providers List toggle

Toggle this ON if you want patients to be able to book directly with this Team Member via the mobile app or web portal.

💡 This option is only relevant for organisations that allow patients to book appointments themselves.


Click Save to apply the changes


🔧 Tips

  • Display Profile in Patient App Available Providers List can be turned to OFF at any time to remove the Team Member from patient view in the app and portal.

  • These settings are only visible to Team Members whose Role includes Administration privileges.
