Add Content to All Patient Groups at Once

Simplify content management by adding modules to the Default Patient Group to make it immediately accessible to patients in all other Patient Groups and save time by only needing to add new content once.

Every organisation in Wellifiy has a Default Patient Group, which is automatically created when your account is set up. This group plays a special role in content management across the platform as it allows you to easily seed new content to all other Patient Groups.


🌱 What Happens When You Add Content to the Default Group?

Any content modules added to the Default Patient Group are automatically made available to all patients — regardless of which Patient Group they belong to.

This makes it easy to roll out new content without needing to update each group individually. Whether you're uploading your own modules or selecting from the Wellifiy library, assigning them to the Default Group ensures they’re instantly accessible across the platform.

⚠️ Note: While patients will see this content in the mobile app and web portal, seeded modules won’t appear in the Content tab of individual Patient Groups in the Clinical Portal. Only content added directly to a group will appear in its content configuration.

 


🛠️ You Can Still Tailor Content Per Group

Seeding content via the Default Group doesn't remove the ability to customise. You can still add (or remove) content on a per-Patient Group basis by going to Patient Management → Patient Groups → [Group Name] → Content.

This means:

  • Content from the Default Group is included by default

  • Additional content can be manually added to suit the needs of specific groups

  • Removing content from an individual group won't remove it from others
