Adding a Video Call to a Service Type

Automatically include a video call link when a 1:1 service is booked.

This article explains how to enable the automatic addition of a video call link when a one-on-one service is booked—whether by staff or by patients.

⚠️ This applies to individual services only. For group video calls, see the Group Programs Module.


 


  1. Go to Team Calendars → Booking Management → Bookable Services

  2. Find the service you want to add a Video Call to

  3. Click the ••• Action button at the end of the row and select Edit

  4. In the edit modal, you’ll now see a checkbox for Auto Add Video Call

  5. Tick this box to enable the setting

  6. Click Save to apply the changes


🎯 What This Does

When this setting is enabled:

  • A video call link is automatically generated and attached to every new booking for this service

  • The link is visible to:

    • Patients in their mobile app and web portal

    • Team Members in the appointment modal and in the My Dashboard → Upcoming Appointments widget
