1 Apr 2026: 🏷️ Custom Terms – Patient Group Now Customisable

Organisations can now rename Patient Group to match their own language, joining patient and clinician as customisable terms. A follow-up improvement also tightened how the term switcher catches every instance of “patient”. A full guide to Custom Terms will follow.

3 Apr 2026: 🔗 Integrations – Magic Links for Third-Party Platform Login

Wellifiy can now generate magic links inside the app that log a patient straight into a connected third-party platform, without a separate sign-in.

10 Apr 2026: 📇 Patient Groups – Contact Info at Group Level

Contact details can now be set at the Patient Group level, so different groups can show different contact information.

13 Apr 2026: 🔢 Quotas – Booking Allowances (v1)

Introducing Quotas – a way to set how many sessions or bookings are allowed, with the platform keeping count. A full guide to Quotas will follow.

Team Members can now choose which email notifications they receive from a new Notifications section in My Profile.

25 Apr 2026: 🔒 Team Members – Patient Group Access on the Record

You can now manage a Team Member's Patient Group access directly from their record, without opening each Patient Group separately. The older path through each group's Bookable Providers tab still works too. See the Team Members Overview guide for the full walkthrough.

Weekly working hours and unavailability blocks are now managed on the Team Member record, alongside Profile, Patient Groups and Bookable Services.
