We’ve added a Patient Journeys widget to the Patient Overview screen, giving team members quicker access to manage and view patient progress.

✨ What’s New

• 📋 Direct enrollment – Enroll patients into a Patient Journey directly from their overview screen.

• 👀 Quick view – See at a glance all the journeys and stages a patient is currently in.

• Saves time – No need to navigate through multiple screens to enroll patients or check their journey status.

• Improves visibility – Provides a clear, centralised view of where each patient is in their care pathway.
