Aug 14 2025: 📅 Group Program Appointments - Rebook Cancelled Sessions

You can now change a previously cancelled Group Program appointment back to a Booked appointment for individual patients directly from the appointments table in the patients Appointments screen.

✨ What’s New

  • 🔄 Rebook option – When an appointment is marked as Cancelled, the Cancel button now changes to a Rebook button. Clicking Rebook changed the Patient's status from Cancelled to Booked.

  • 📍 Patient-specific – This update applies to Patient → Appointments → Group Program appointment modals.

💡 How it helps

  • Reduces admin time – No need to create a brand-new appointment if one was cancelled by mistake.

  • Keeps records clean – Ensures accurate tracking of patient participation without duplicate entries.

  • Adds flexibility – Makes it easy to manage last-minute changes and reinstated bookings.
