# Aug 14 2025: 📅 Group Program Appointments - Rebook Cancelled Sessions

You can now change a previously cancelled **Group Program appointment** back to a **Booked** appointment for individual patients directly from the appointments table in the patients Appointments screen.

### ✨ What’s New

- **🔄 Rebook option** – When an appointment is marked as Cancelled, the Cancel button now changes to a Rebook button. Clicking Rebook changed the Patient's status from Cancelled to Booked.
- **📍 Patient-specific** – This update applies to Patient → Appointments → Group Program appointment modals.

- **Reduces admin time** – No need to create a brand-new appointment if one was cancelled by mistake.
- **Keeps records clean** – Ensures accurate tracking of patient participation without duplicate entries.
- **Adds flexibility** – Makes it easy to manage last-minute changes and reinstated bookings.
