Aug 20 2025: 💬 Message Centre - Activate Direct and Clinician-Only Channels Separately

Previously, when activating patient channels, both the Direct Channel (with the patient) and the Clinician-Only Channel were enabled together. Now, these channels can be activated independently, giving team members more control.

  • 🧩 Independent activation – Activate a Direct Channel without the Clinician-Only Channel, or vice versa.

  • âš™ Greater flexibility – Choose which channel types are relevant for each patient scenario.
