Organisations can now send platform emails that appear to come directly from their own email address and sender name, instead of the default Wellifiy system.

• 🏷 Custom branding – Emails display the organisation’s name and email address as the sender.

• ⚙ Premium enterprise extension – Available as an add-on for organisations who want fully branded communication.

• 🌐 DNS setup required – We’ll provide the necessary DNS details for your web hosting provider to apply. Once configured, white-labeling takes effect automatically.
