# Aug 22 2025: ⏰ Group Program Appointment Reminders

We’ve extended our new internal notification system to **Group Program appointments**.

### ✨ What’s New

- **⏰ 48-hour reminders** – Patients now receive reminder notifications 48 hours before a Group Program appointment.
- **📲 Push + email** – Reminders are sent via both email and push notification to maximise visibility.

### 💡 How it helps

- **Improves attendance** – Patients are less likely to forget upcoming Group Program sessions.
- **Boosts engagement** – Multiple reminder channels help ensure patients see the notification.
- **Consistent experience** – Group Programs now align with Individual Appointments in having automated reminders.
