Aug 19 2025: ðŸ”• Option to Deactivate Appointment Related Notifications for Patients

Organisations now have the ability to turn off appointment-related notifications for patients when they aren’t required.

✨ What’s New

  • âš™ Manage in Patient Profile – From the Patient Profile widget, click Manage Notification Settings to adjust appointment notification preferences.

  • 🔕 Disable appointment notifications – Email and push notifications for bookings, cancellations and reminders, can be switched off.

  • 🔄 Re-enable anytime – Notifications can easily be turned back on if the patient’s care context changes.

  • Supports residential/inpatient services – Avoids unnecessary appointment notifications for patients in full-time care.

  • Flexibility for transitions – Notifications can be re-enabled when patients move into outpatient or aftercare programs.

  • Personalised communication – Gives organisations finer control over how and when patients receive appointment updates.
