Organisations now have the ability to turn off appointment-related notifications for patients when they aren’t required.

⚙ Manage in Patient Profile – From the Patient Profile widget, click Manage Notification Settings to adjust appointment notification preferences.

🔕 Disable appointment notifications – Email and push notifications for bookings, cancellations and reminders, can be switched off.

🔄 Re-enable anytime – Notifications can easily be turned back on if the patient’s care context changes.
