Aug 25 2025: đź“§ Team Member can Deactivate Unread Message Email Notifications

We’ve added a new configuration option in the Staff Profile so team members can choose whether or not they want to receive unread message email notifications.

✨ What’s New

  • đź”” New toggle – “Receive Unread Message Email Notifications” has been added to the Staff Profile.

  • âś… On – Team member receives unread message email notifications (current behaviour).

  • đźš« Off – Team member will no longer receive unread message email notifications.

đź’ˇ How it helps

  • Gives staff control – Team members can decide if email reminders for unread messages are helpful or unnecessary.

  • Reduces inbox clutter – Those who prefer to manage messages directly in the platform can turn off emails.

  • Flexible preferences – Supports different working styles across the organisation.

🔧 How to update this setting

  1. Go to My Profile.

  2. Scroll down to find the new toggle: Receive Unread Message Email Notifications.

  3. Switch it On or Off depending on your preference.
