Aug 26 2025: đź’¬ Message Centre - “Clinician Only” Channels Renamed to “Staff Only”

To better reflect the varied use cases of our customers, we’ve updated the naming of channels in the Message Centre.

✨ What’s New

  • 🆕 New channel name – When creating a new channel, what was previously called Clinician Only will now be created as Staff Only.

  • đź“Ś Applies going forward – Existing channels retain their original names; the change only applies to channels created from now on.

đź’ˇ How it helps

  • More inclusive – Recognises that not all organisations use “clinician” as their terminology.

  • Improves clarity – The new name better represents broader staff collaboration needs.
