Aug 27 2025: 🧩 Patient Profile Builder

We’ve released a powerful new module called Patient Profile Builder, which provides organisations with greater control over what patients can view and update in their profiles.

✨ What’s New

  • 🔐 Admin-only access – Available under the Administration tab for users with admin permissions.

  • 📋 Two tables – View both System Fields (e.g., first name, last name, date of birth) and any Custom Fields your organisation has created.

  • ⚙ Flexible controls – For each field, admins can set:

    • Hidden – Not visible to the patient.

    • Visible – Displayed in the patient profile in their web portal and mobile app but not editable.

    • Editable – Displayed in the patient profile in their web portal and mobile app and is editable by the patient.
