We’ve made it easier to manage assessments and forms across groups of patients.

✨ What’s New

  • 📋 Bulk send – You can now send an Assessment or a Form to all patients in a selected Patient Group in just one action.

  • âš¡ Streamlined workflow – No need to send individually, patient by patient.

  • 🖱 How to use – Go to the Patient Group, click the ••• Action Button at the end of the row, then choose Send Form or Send Assessment.

  • Saves time – Distribute assessments and forms to entire groups at once.

  • Consistency – Ensures all patients in a group receive the same request.
