Aug 7 2025: ðŸ›¤ Patient Journeys - Automate Content Delivery

We’ve extended the Automations capability of Patient Journeys so you can now automatically deliver content modules to patients as they progress through their journey.

✨ What’s New

  • 📋 New Content table – On the Manage Automations page for a Journey Stage, you can now add content modules.

  • âž• +Module button – Quickly select and add content modules to the table for that stage.

  • 📲 Automatic delivery – When a patient reaches that stage, the selected content is automatically added to their Content → For You section in the mobile app and Patient Web Portal.

  • Delivers the right content at the right time – Patients get relevant resources exactly when they need them in their journey.

  • Saves time for clinicians – No need to manually assign content each time a patient reaches a stage.

  • Supports consistent care – Ensures all patients in a journey stage receive the same, standardised content.
