Bulk Send Form or Assessment to All Patients in a Group Program

Wellifiy makes it easy to send a Form or Assessment to every patient enrolled in a Group Program with just one click. This feature is useful when you want to administer a screening tool (like the K10 or DASS-21) or a feedback form to all participants, without setting up Commencement/Completion triggers.

📍 When to Use Bulk Send

Use bulk sending when:

• You want to send an additional form or assessment at a point in the program that isn’t Commencement or Completion.

• You want to manually re-send a form or assessment that wasn’t completed.

• You’re running a one-off or mid-program evaluation or feedback request.

🚀 How to Send a Form or Assessment to All Enrolled Patients

1. Go to Group Programs from the sidebar.

2. Find the Group Program you want to send from.

3. Click the ••• (more) menu next to the program.

4. Select either:

   • Send Assessment

   • Send Form

5. A modal will appear prompting you to select the form or assessment.

6. Choose the item from the dropdown list.

7. Click Send.

That’s it! The form or assessment will be immediately issued to all patients who are currently enrolled in that program.

📥 What Patients See

Patients will:

• Receive a notification that a new form or assessment is available.

• See the item in their To-Do List or Assessments/Forms section in the app or portal.

✅ Notes

• This feature does not affect Commencement or Completion triggers — it simply sends the selected item once, at the time of sending.

• Only patients with a Booked status in the program will receive the item.
