Check-Ins are a flexible, organisation-defined Activity that allows patients to regularly reflect on how they’re doing. These can be used for general wellbeing tracking, program progress, or simple emotional touch points, and are fully customisable by each organisation.

Team Members can review Check-In responses in the Check-Ins section of the Staff Portal.
