Configuring Content for Patient Groups
Control which audio, video, and resource modules patients in each group can access.
Each Patient Group can be assigned a tailored set of content modules ensuring that Patients have access to resources relevant to their program, condition, or care journey.
🧭 Where Group Content Appears
Patients access content through the mobile app under sections such as:

Listen – Audio programs

Watch – Video-based education or support
-
Boost – Motivation and mindset tools
-
Sleep – Sleep-specific resources
-
Tools & Resources – A flexible section that can include any type of content, including:

PDFs
-
Web links
-
Videos
-
Audio
-
Text-only modules

📚 Accessing the Content Library
When adding content to a group, you’ll be able to browse and assign:

Modules from Wellifiy’s core content library, curated by clinicians
-
Any custom modules your organisation has uploaded
As you add your own content modules, they will appear in the relevant tabs (e.g., Watch, Listen, Boost) and become available for assignment to any group.

✅ How to Add Content to a Patient Group

Go to
Patient Management → Patient Groups -
Click the name of the group you want to manage

Navigate to the Content tab

Select the relevant section (e.g., Listen, Watch, Tools & Resources)

Click the
+ Modulesbutton to open the Add Module modal
In the modal:

Browse or search available content
-
View key details (title, description, labels, creator, credit)

Tick the checkboxes beside the modules you want to include

Click
Save
📲 Content becomes immediately visible to all patients in the group.
🧾 Managing Existing Modules
Modules already assigned appear in a list with:

Module name
-
Description
-
Created by
-
Credit
-
Labels (e.g., Sleep, Mindfulness, Audio)
To remove a module:

Click the
•••menu next to it -
Select
Remove
Removing a module instantly removes access for all patients in that group.
