Connect Team Members to the Services They Deliver

Select which services a Team Member can be booked for.

In order for a Team Member to be booked for particular services, (whether that be by Staff, themselves, or Patients directly,) they must first be assigned to those services.

⚠️ Note: The organisation must have already set up the list of available services. (See Creating Services for more info.)


 

 

✅ How to Assign a Team Member to Services

  1. Go to Team Calendars

  2. Navigate to Booking Management

  3. Click into Service Assignment

  4. Find the Team Member you want to update

  5. Click the ••• Action button at the end of their row and select Edit

  6. The Assign Service modal will appear

  7. Select the services that the Team Member delivers

  8. Click Save


🎯 What This Does

Once assigned, the Team Member becomes bookable for the selected services:

  • Staff, including the Team Member themselves, can now schedule appointments for those services

  • Patients (if your organisation supports direct bookings) will see those services when viewing the Team Member’s profile and can book accordingly via the mobile app or web portal
