Content Management Overview

Wellifiy's Content Management functionality allows you to deliver engaging educational materials to patients in a flexible, structured and accessible way. Whether it’s a video, audio file, article, PDF, or a curated set of resources, you can build and assign modules to suit the needs of your programs, patient groups, or individual patients.

💪 When assigning content to your patients, you have two powerful options:

  1. Create and upload your own content

  2. Choose from Wellifiy’s built-in content library

🧱 What is a Content Module?

A Content Module is a container for one or more pieces of content. Supported content types include:

  • Text

  • Audio

  • Video

  • File (e.g. PDF)

  • Website (link)

Modules can be created as:

  • Mixed – upload any combination of content types

  • Audio – upload only audio files (optimised for an audio-first experience in the app)

✍️ Creating Your Own Content Module

From the Content Modules screen, click + New to:

  • Choose the module type (Mixed or Audio)

  • Enter a name and description

  • Upload a thumbnail (optional)

  • Add labels and credit

  • Start uploading content items

📚 Using the Wellifiy Library

Wellifiy provides a growing library of evidence-based mental health and wellbeing related content.

When you assign content, you’ll see these modules listed and available to add. You don’t need to upload or manage them, they’re ready to go.

Modules from the Wellifiy Library are clearly marked in the Credit field (e.g. Wellifiy Library)

📤 Assigning Content Modules

Modules can be assigned to:

  • Patient Groups – under Listen, Watch, Boost, Sleep, or Tools & Resources

  • Individual Patients – from the Patient > Content tab > For You tab

  • Default Patient Group – seeds content to all groups automatically

Once assigned, the content appears in the patient's mobile app and web portal.

⚙️ Managing Your Library

You can manage your full content library from the Content Modules screen:

  • View all modules

  • Edit or delete content

  • Reorder items within a module

  • Filter by label or type

  • See creation details and attribution
