6 Feb 2026: 💬 Messaging – Choose Who's Added to Auto-Activated Direct Channels
When a patient's direct message channel is auto-activated, the Allocation Team Member is no longer added by default. Organisations now choose which Team Members are auto-added, with a safeguard that at least one is always included.

👥 Nominate Team Members
- Select which Team Members are auto-added to a patient's direct message channel
- The Allocation Team Member is no longer added automatically
- A safeguard ensures at least one Team Member is always included
How It Helps 💡
🔒 More Control Over Access
Decide exactly who joins a patient's direct channel.
✅ Sensible Safeguards
There's always at least one Team Member on the channel.
9 Feb 2026: 🕒 Timezone – Team Member Appointment Emails
Appointment-related emails sent to Team Members now show times in the Team Member's own timezone rather than the Organisation's, which matters most for teams working across regions.
What's New ✨
📧 Emails Use the Team Member's Timezone
- Appointment emails display times in the Team Member's selected timezone
- Applies to booking confirmations, updates, cancellations and reminders
- No setup needed, since timezone is already set when activating a calendar
How It Helps 💡
🌏 Clearer Across Regions
Team Members read appointment times in their own timezone, reducing confusion.
11 Feb 2026: 🌏 Timezone – Patient Timezone Field & Appointment Emails
We've added a Patient Timezone system field and updated patient appointment email notifications to use it, so emailed times reflect the patient's timezone. This applies to email notifications; times in the Patient App and Patient Web Portal continue to behave as before.
What's New ✨
🧾 New Patient Timezone Field
- A Timezone field is now on every patient profile
- Defaults to the Organisation timezone and can be changed
- Patient appointment emails use this timezone

Forms now support a dedicated Date question type, so you can collect specific dates as structured data.
What's New ✨
📅 New Date Question
- Add a Date question to any Form
- Patients and Team Members pick a date rather than typing it as free text
How It Helps 💡
🎯 Cleaner, Structured Data
Capturing dates as a proper field, rather than free text, keeps responses consistent and easier to read.
🔁 Usable Downstream
Structured dates are easier to reference in reporting and review than typed-in text.
25 Feb 2026: 📊 Assessments – SFQ Range Labels
The SFQ assessment now shows range labels against its response scale.
What's New ✨
🏷️ Labels on the Scale
- The SFQ now displays descriptive labels at the ends of its rating scale
- Patients see what the scale points mean as they respond
How It Helps 💡
✅ Clearer for Patients
Labelled ranges make it easier for patients to choose the response that fits, which supports more accurate results.
28 Feb 2026: 👤 Patient Profile – Overview Snapshot
Each patient profile now includes a styled Overview section that surfaces a snapshot of key details.
What's New ✨
🪚 Snapshot at the Top of the Profile
- A new Overview section presents key patient details in one place
- It sits within the patient profile for quick reference
How It Helps 💡
⏱️ Faster Context
Clinicians get an immediate read on who they're working with when they open a profile, without hunting through tabs.
🎯 Consistent View
Everyone on the Care Team sees the same snapshot, so the important details are surfaced the same way each time.
