Organisations can now send payment receipts to Patients when an Invoice is paid 💳✅
The receipt is delivered via email (no PDF attachment required), making it quick, lightweight, and easy for Patients to access.
✨ What’s New
📩 Email Receipts for Payments
When a payment is successfully processed, Wellifiy can now send the Patient an email receipt that confirms key payment details.
🖱 Manual “Send Receipt” Button (Paid Invoices Only)
A new button is available directly on the Invoice to allow Team Members to manually trigger a receipt when needed.
✅ This button is only shown when the Invoice status is Paid.
Use cases include:

A Patient requests the receipt again

The original email wasn’t received

The Organisation wants to resend after updating contact details
⚙️ Billing Setup Setting: Auto-Send Receipts
A new Organisation-level setting has been added under Billing Setup to control whether receipts are automatically sent when a payment is made.
This gives Organisations flexibility to choose between:
