July 15 2025: 🏷️ Docs & Forms. Add Labels for Easier Organisation

We’re enhancing the Documents tab within the Docs & Forms section to make it easier to organise, search, and manage documents using labels.

✅ What’s New:

1. Labels Column

   • A new column for Labels has been added (same UI as in the Patient List).

2. Label Filter

   • Filter documents based on assigned labels to quickly find what you’re looking for.

3. Sorting Enhancements

   • You can now sort documents in the Created At column by newest/oldest.

4. Label Field in Create/Edit Modal

   • Add a label when creating or editing a document via a new Add Label field.

5. Edit Label from Action Button

   • The document action menu now includes an Edit Label option—just like in the Patient List.

These changes improve document categorisation and streamline workflows, making it easier to manage content across your clinic.
