July 16 2025: ⚙️ PWP Configuration. Book Appointment Toggle Now Hides UI Elements

We’ve updated the Patient Web Portal (PWP) to respond to the Book Appointment configuration setting, ensuring consistent platform behavior.

✅ What’s New:

When the Book Appointment switch in Mobile App Config is set to OFF, the following elements will now be hidden in the PWP:

  • 🚫 The "Book Appointment" button from the header menu (on all screens)

  • 🚫 The "Providers" tab in the Appointments screen

🔄 Why It Matters:

This brings the Patient Web Portal in line with the mobile app, ensuring patients only see booking options when their clinic has explicitly enabled them. It supports better control over patient self-booking and simplifies the interface when this feature is turned off.
