July 2 2025: 🏥 Organisation Contact Info Now Accessible via Info Icon in PWP

We’ve made it easier for patients to find your organisation’s contact details in the Patient Web Portal (PWP).

✅ What’s New:

• An Info (ℹ️) icon has been added to the top menu bar in the PWP

• When clicked, it displays your organisation’s contact information, including:

  • 📞 Phone number

  • ✉️ Email address

  • 🌐 Website

This gives patients a quick and convenient way to get in touch without needing to leave the portal.
