A roundup of the customer-facing updates that went live across the Staff Portal, Patient App and Patient Web Portal in July.
2 Jul 2026: 📊 Analytics – The Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard is here, giving your Organisation a clear picture of Appointment activity: volume, attendance, cancellations, and how it all breaks down across Services, clinicians and Patient Groups.
What's New ✨
📊 A New Analytics Tab
- Analytics is a first-level tab in the Staff Portal's left-hand navigation
- Covers individual Appointments booked via Bookable Services, with attendance and cancellation breakdowns, trends, and utilisation by Patient Group and clinician
- Available on selected plans, to Team Members whose Role has the Administration permission
- Data refreshes daily, with a Data as of date shown on the dashboard
How It Helps 💡
📈 See What's Actually Happening
Track attendance, spot trends and compare activity across your Services and clinicians without exporting a thing.
🎯 Answers for the Right People
Plan and permission gating keep reporting access with the Team Members who manage the Organisation.

3 Jul 2026: 🔌 System API – Filter Appointments by Clinician, Status and Attendance
The System API Appointments endpoint now supports filtering.
What's New ✨
- Filter by clinician_id, appointment_status and attendance_status
- Each filter accepts multiple values, and empty parameters are ignored
How It Helps 💡
🎯 Pull Just What You Need
Retrieve the exact slice of Appointment data your integration or reporting needs, without filtering after the fact.
Full details in the API documentation.
7 Jul 2026: 🕐 Team Members – Timezone Set for Everyone
Every Team Member now has a timezone.
What's New ✨
- The Timezone field is always visible when creating or editing a Team Member (previously it only appeared for those taking bookings)
- It defaults to your Organisation's timezone and can no longer be left empty
- Existing Team Member records have been populated automatically
How It Helps 💡
⏰ Consistent Times Everywhere
Times display reliably across calendars, notifications and reporting, whichever region your team works from.
8 Jul 2026: 📊 Analytics – Filter by Custom Fields
The Analytics Dashboard can now be sliced by your own Custom Fields.
What's New ✨
🧩 Custom Field Filters
- Opt a Custom Field in via the Use in analytics checkbox (Administration → Custom Fields → row ••• → Edit)
- Available for Single Select, Multi Select and Boolean field types
- Opted-in fields appear as dashboard filters, including an Unset option for records with no value
How It Helps 💡
🎯 Report on Your Dimensions
Break attendance and volume down by whatever you track: departments, funding streams, referral sources, or anything else you've built as a Custom Field.
9 Jul 2026: 🧩 Patients – Custom Fields on the New Patient Modal
Patient Custom Fields now appear directly on the New Patient modal.
What's New ✨
- Set Custom Field values while creating the patient, rather than creating first and editing after
How It Helps 💡
⏱️ One Step, Not Two
Complete the whole profile in a single pass.
9 Jul 2026: 🚦 Patient Web Portal – Quota Status Shown When Booking
The Patient Web Portal now shows a blocked state when a patient's quota doesn't allow a booking.
What's New ✨
- Patients see clearly when an Appointment can't be booked because their quota has been reached
How It Helps 💡
✅ No Guesswork for Patients
Patients understand why a booking isn't available, instead of hitting a dead end.

- Patients are now enrolled in the relevant Patient Journey consistently, however their account is created
How It Helps 💡
✅ No One Slips Through
Journey automations start reliably for every new patient.
15 Jul 2026: 🔗 Team Members – Profile Tabs Have Their Own URLs
Each tab on the Team Member profile page is now its own URL.
What's New ✨
- Reloading the page keeps you on the tab you were viewing, instead of returning you to the first tab
- Each tab loads only the data it needs
How It Helps 💡
📍 Keep Your Place
Refresh, bookmark or share a link straight to the tab you're working in.
⚡ Snappier Loading
Pages load faster because they fetch less.
16 Jul 2026: 🔌 System API – Patient Details on Appointments & Steadier Pagination
Two improvements for System API consumers.
What's New ✨
- The Appointments endpoint now returns the full patient record (including group_id) alongside the existing patient_id
- List endpoints now apply a stable secondary sort, so paging through large result sets no longer risks skipped or duplicated records
How It Helps 💡
🔁 Reliable Full Syncs
Large data pulls come through complete and in a dependable order.
⏱️ Fewer Round Trips
Appointment responses carry the patient detail you'd otherwise fetch separately.
Full details in the API documentation.
20 Jul 2026: ✅ My Dashboard – My To-Do List Shows Tasks Assigned to You
The My To-Do List widget on My Dashboard now shows the tasks assigned to you, rather than the tasks you created.
What's New ✨
- The widget lists tasks assigned to the signed-in Team Member
- Team Members whose Role includes the View All Patients permission continue to see the wider task list
How It Helps 💡
🎯 Your Actual Workload
Your dashboard reflects what's on your plate, not just what you've handed to others.
20 Jul 2026: 📈 Quotas – Usage Shown on Appointment Screens
Quota usage now appears where you book and review Appointments.

22 Jul 2026: 🧾 Invoices – Add Payment Fix
We've fixed an issue where adding a payment could send the invoice page to a blank screen.
What's New ✨
- Adding a payment now completes normally
- The appointment information block on the invoice also sits in its correct position
How It Helps 💡
✅ Payments Without Interruption
Record payments smoothly, every time.

27 Jul 2026: 🧭 Bookings – Service-First Booking Flow
Patients can now book by choosing the type of appointment first, then the provider who delivers it.
What's New ✨
🧭 Choose Your Flow
- A new Organisation-level Booking Flow Setting under Administration → Portal Settings offers two options: Provider-first (the default) and Service-first
- With Service-first, patients pick a Service, then see the providers who offer it
How It Helps 💡
🎯 Match How Your Patients Book
For services like EAPs and intake-driven care, patients often know what they need before they know who. Service-first mirrors that.

27 Jul 2026: 🗂️ Group Programs – Archive Group Programs
You can now archive Group Programs.
