July 23 2025: ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Archive Team Members

We've added the ability to archive Team Members, making it easier to manage your team list without deleting historical data.

โœ… Whatโ€™s New:

  • ๐Ÿ“‹ The Team Members table now includes two tabs: Active and Archived

  • ๐Ÿ“ In the Edit Team Member modal, the status previously labeled Inactive is now labeled Archived

  • ๐Ÿ” When a Team Member is archived:

    • They are moved to the Archived tab

    • Their name is automatically removed from all dropdown lists across the platform

    • They can no longer be added to patient records, booked for appointments, or included in any new activity

This helps ensure that only active team members appear in areas associated with new patient activity, while still preserving historical records for reporting and audit purposes.
