July 29 2025: 🗓️ Upcoming Appointments Widget in PWP - Remove Appointments After End Time

We’ve updated the logic for the Upcoming Appointments Widget in the Patient Web Portal (PWP) to improve accuracy in what patients see.

✅ What’s Changing:

  • Previously, appointments were removed from the widget based on their Start Time.

  • Moving forward, appointments will now be hidden after their End Time has passed.

🎯 Why This Matters:

This ensures patients can still see appointments that are in progress (if they’ve started but not yet finished), preventing premature removal from the upcoming view and providing a clearer overview of their current day's schedule.
