July 3 2025: 💰 Billing → Invoices. Create New Invoices Without Appointments

We’ve added a new way for Team Members to create invoices directly—without needing to link them to a specific appointment.

✅ What’s New:

• A +Invoice button has been added to the Billing → Invoices screen

• Team Members can now create a new invoice:

  • Without attaching it to an appointment

  • Linked only to the Patient and the relevant Line Item / Billable Service

This update provides more flexibility for clinics to handle charges related to:

• Admin fees

• Custom services

• Ad hoc billing outside of appointments
