July 7 2025: 👥 Group Program Attendance. New Cancellation Status Options

We’ve expanded the attendance status options for Group Program appointments to give clinics more clarity when documenting cancellations.

✅ What’s New:

• You can now select from two distinct cancellation reasons when updating attendance:

  • Cancelled (Patient)

  • Cancelled (Other)

These new options mirror the status options already available for Individual Appointments, helping to standardise reporting and improve visibility around why sessions are missed.
