July 8 2025: 🔧 Bookings. Control Visibility of Bookable Services in Mobile & PWP

You can now choose whether individual services are visible to patients on the mobile app and Patient Web Portal (PWP).

✅ What’s New:

  • A new flag called “Public” has been added to Bookable Services.

  • In the Create/Edit Service modal, a checkbox labeled "Service Is Publicly Visible" now appears.

  • By default, this setting is enabled, meaning the service is visible on mobile and PWP.

🔐 How It Works:

  • Checked → Service is visible in mobile and PWP

  • Unchecked → Service is hidden from mobile and PWP (still bookable internally by staff)

Additionally, the Bookable Services table now includes a Visibility column showing each service’s status as either Public or Private.

This feature helps clinics control which services are available for self-booking, while still allowing internal access to hidden options.
