July 9 2025: 🔐 Roles & Permissions. New Permissions Added for Docs & Forms, Group Programs, and Billing

We’ve introduced new granular permissions to give clinics more control over what team members can see and access within the Clinical Portal.

✅ What’s New:

Three new permissions have been added to the Roles & Permissions settings:

• Docs & Forms

  • When unselected, the Docs & Forms tab is hidden from the Patient Navigation panel.

  • The section is also not accessible, even via a direct URL.

• Group Programs

  • When unselected, the Group Programs section is hidden from the Left-Hand Menu.

  • It is also not accessible without the permission, even if the user attempts to access it directly.

• Billing

  • When unselected, the Billing section is hidden from the Left-Hand Menu.

  • Like the others, it is fully restricted without permission—even if a user has the direct link.

These updates help maintain data security and simplify the experience by only displaying relevant modules to each team member based on their role.
